For the best comfort, choose a weighted blanket that’s 8%-12% of your body weight. For first-time users, starting with a lighter option is advisable. Please note that fluffy weighted blankets are slightly smaller than regular blankets, as the high-density stitching results in a snugger fit.

Due to the blanket’s weight, we recommend commercial machine washing and low-temperature tumble drying. For regular care, hand washing or spot cleaning is ideal, followed by air drying to help extend the blanket’s lifespan.
